Park Hall 5km race has been going for over 40 years and is as welcoming to all abilities this year as it has always been.
At just over 3 miles on the level roads and pavements around Park Hall, it’s ideal as a first race or just for judging your speed over a short distance.
Come along and enjoy a summer evening run and maybe your PB time!
The country park is on old gravel quarry with great views!
