Castle Christmas Run
27th December 2024
Our annual Christmas dinner burner takes place on the 27th December every year. You can choose between 5k and 10k runs.
The route takes in the streets of Clayton and Lyme Valley park, with the HQ at Newcastle & Hartshill Cricket Club.
All finishers are rewarded with a medal and mince pie.

Madeley Half Marathon
6th April 2025
We are back for 2025, with our already legendary new route and a date that makes a great final test for the Spring Marathons!
The route will start/finish at Madeley High School, visiting the Staffordshire countryside with some great scenery.
It is a fixture on the NSRRA Calendar.
All finishers will receive our great bespoke medal.

Potteries Trail Marathon
The Potteries Trail Marathon launches in 2025, bringing you an exciting 99% traffic free route.
You will run through urban Potteries on historic canals, numerous country parks and some beautiful rural cycleways.
The route is marshalled and signed at turns, with minimal self guidance required. On the course, there will be 5 feed stations and checkpoints.

May 2025
Keele University Relays
A brand new team event comes to Newcastle-Under-Lyme, with Keele University hosting our great new road relays.
There will be 2.5kn relays for the community, staff, students and kids. Whilst adult clubs will complete 5km each.
The routes are marshalled, fast and traffic free.

Vale 5k & Boomers Fun Run
July 2025
Boomers Back for 2025, with 2 runs, both finishing in the stadium!
There will be an even bigger Vale fan zone, with loads of stalls, games, food and a bar. The Vale shop will also be open.
The Boomer Fun Run is a shorter course, which starts at the Fanzone and finishes inside the stadium, all in a safe area.

Denstone Half Marathon
24th August 2025
The Denstone 10 is back, but now as a Half Marathon.
The summer multi terrain run run starts at the wonderful 'Harry Potter' styled Denstone College, before heading into Denstone Village and on to the beautiful Churnet Valley Way, where you will be able to hear the roar of Alton Towers
All finishers get a bespoke medal.

Newcastle Way Marathon
Just like Glastonbury, all great events need a break!
Newcastle Way Marathon Challenge wont be happening in 2025, unless the demand is shown.
If we get enough interest, a summer run maybe possible, if we can find space in the calendar.
